Forged, Thick Wall Seamless Pipes are now available up to 7M in length and up to a single piece weight of 25 tonnes.

Forged hollow pipes are typically used in applications where high surface pressures exist and where it is necessary to have a fully wrought structure that can be thermally processed to produce parts with higher tensile and impact strengths.

Now, following recent and successful trials, we are able to extend our range of Hollow Forgings up to a maximum length of 7M, or up to an accumulative product of up to 32” O/D x 4” wall thickness.

Increasing the maximum length of these Hollow Thick Walled Pipes helps significantly reduce the overall costs of new assemblies by reducing the number of individual shorter lengths and the associated accessory products that would otherwise be required.
